What is SENT-GEO?

The Electronic Transport Supervision System is used by the National Revenue Administration to track road and rail transport of so-called "sensitive goods" and to control the trade in heating fuels.

        The functioning of SENT-GEO (the system for registering and monitoring the transport of sensitive goods) is constantly monitored by the National Revenue Administration. One KAS (National Revenue Administration) audit showed that 500,000 inspections were carried out out of 4 million notifications, of which in approximately 6 thousand cases, irregularities were foundThe penalty for a company for transporting goods without providing current geolocation data is up to up to PLN 10,000. In turn, the penalty for the driver is from 5,000 to 7,500 PLN.
