      If a problem with the vehicle is detected, the service module can generate alerts or alarms, informing the appropriate people about potential problems.

    • Integration with other modules

      The MyCar service module works with other monitoring system modules, such as the vehicle tracking module and fuel management module, providing a holistic approach to fleet management.

    Employee and vehicle records

    Employee and vehicle records in the MyCar company fleet GPS monitoring system are data sets used to precisely identify, manage and track individual fleet elements and the personnel associated with them.

    This database contains detailed information about each employee. The employee records in the MyCar app include:

    • Employee's personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, etc.).
    • The position or function of an employee in the company.
    • Information about work tools, such as fuel cards or vehicle keys, and about assignment to the MyCar 4Driver application
    • Driving history, including information on violations, speeding and other incidents.
    MyCar vehicle directory

    This is a database of every vehicle in the fleet. The vehicle directory includes:

    • Technical data of the vehicle (make, model, registration number, year of manufacture, etc.).
    • Vehicle service and inspection history.
    • Fuel consumption and mileage information.
    • GPS location and route the vehicle has taken over a given period of time.
